FILTERATION

INLET      > particle filter ( 2 levels)

  • particle, humidity, oil active carbon filters

  • sensor for oil detection before and after filters.

Sensors are placed for the maintenance and reliability of the system. 

COOLING UNIT

cooling of oil and gas to obtain better performance and leak control.

MANAGEMENT UNIT

Sensors are used to manage compressor, control of wear, temperature, pressure and emission.

Depending on requirement PLC or IPC can be used.

Screen is used to manuplate and visualize or web can be applicable

IIOT and IR 4.0 analysis can be added

MAIN BODY

DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PRESSURE RANGES ARE SELECTED FOR DESIGN

  1. LOPR => Low-Pressure Range (1-10 bars)

  2. LMPR => Low-Medium Pressure Range (10-100 bars)

  3. MEPR => Medium Pressure Range (100-250 bars)

  4. MHPR => Medium-High Pressure Range (250-700 bars )

  5. HIPR => High Pressure Range ( 700+ bars )

AFTER HAVING REQUIRED FUNCTIONS FROM CUSTOMER DESIGN IS PERFORMED. REQUIRED INFORMATION IS BASICLY,
