CHECK, COMMAND, CONTROL THE INSTALLATIONS WITH EMISSION

Emission control is vital for mainly three types of gases.

Toxic gases are harmful to human health when inhaled serious problems occur. ( ammonia)

Explosive gas when leak accumulates it can explode (Hydrogen, Methane NG)

Environmental dangerous gases creates the greenhouse effect (SF6)
A study is conducted by Stanford University
As a summary;

If CO is released from the center aside, it is seen that in a few meters, the amount of gas is totally lost.

The explosive gas can be accumulated in the factory and may lead to an explosion.

If emission is to be reported, the gas must be kept in closed volume.
-
the concentration inside this volume can be converted to emission reporting.

We made a design as below.

possible emitting points are covered by control volumes.

The leaked gas is analyzed and the emission is quantified.

The results can be shared with F-Gas and company management
